The new Orion XS 12/12V 70A delivers significantly higher charging current while maintaining the same compact footprint. It is the ideal solution for installers and system integrators building dual battery systems for motorhomes, boats, service vehicles and other mobile applications.

With an output of 70A, the Orion XS is perfectly suited for larger battery banks and higher energy demands. Thanks to its compact housing, upgrading existing systems is straightforward without requiring additional installation space.
Designed for modern vehicles
Modern vehicles increasingly use smart alternators. The Orion XS 70A is fully compatible with these charging systems and features integrated engine shutdown detection, eliminating the need for an external sensor or D+ signal.
Smart charging with maximum efficiency
The Orion XS uses an advanced four-stage charging algorithm to maximise battery life and charging performance. With an efficiency of up to 98.5%, energy losses and heat generation are kept to an absolute minimum.
When connected through VE.Direct to a GX device, the charger is fully compatible with DVCC, enabling seamless integration into larger Victron Energy systems.
