Our history
On November 7, 2022, Lotte Ysebaert took over the company as the third generation.
We are celebrating 60 years of Ysebaert with a new corporate identity and logo.
The office has relocated from Deurne to a brand-new company building in Wommelgem.
Frank Ysebaert takes over the daily management of the company. Among other initiatives, he introduces custom panel building. What initially started as a mix of in-house production and external manufacturing has grown into a specialized department, where today 99.9% of custom work is completed in-house.
A business unit focused on explosion-proof products has been launched.
The product range was expanded to include marine lighting and installation materials. Shortly thereafter, battery chargers and inverters were added to complete the assortment.
Richard Ysebaert started in 1953 with the sales and maintenance of engines and generators for ships.
Quality system
Ysebaert takes quality very seriously, and we have been ISO9002-certified by SGS since 1995. Our quality system currently meets the requirements of the ISO9001:2015 standard, including our design activities and training.
For the production of explosion-proof material according to ATEX 114, our production quality assurance has been approved by DEKRA and this applies to assembled units as well as components with protection methods d, e, p, i, m and t.
